Deepak Bhandari
Managing Director
Founder of EHI International, he has over 45 years’ experience in the health sector with specialisation in the areas of formative and operations research,
situational analyses, policy and strategy formulation, systems development, decentralised planning, capacity development, preparation of implementation plans, inter-sectoral coordination, project evaluation using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Management of large-scale surveys, social and health projects, design and management of behavioral change strategies, plans and projects, design and management of Public Private Partnerships, quality management systems in public health and clinical health services, procurement management.
He has worked with various ministries in Government of India and several State Government Health Departments, Registrar General of India, DFID, World Bank, IFC, EC, KfW, GIZ, UNICEF, UNDP, UNOPS, MOPAN, OXFAM, Nutrition International, The Union, Uttarakhand Department of Economics and Statistics, Tamil Nadu Planning Commission, IIPS, The Commonwealth Secretariat. Besides Health and Family Welfare, his in-depth understanding and competence encompasses Indian Systems of Medicine, Nutrition, Women & Child Development, Poverty Alleviation, Natural Resource Management, Early Childhood Care and Education, and Pharmaceutics.

Elizabeth Chaudhary
Director
Ms. Chaudhary has over thirty years of experience in financial management, accounting and project management.
She has been managing these functions at EHI International Pvt. Ltd. for the past twenty-five years and currently holds the position of Director.
Since 2000, Ms Chaudhary provided backstopping support in financial management and project management to more than 150 projects for client organizations such as Government of India and several State Government Health Departments, Registrar General of India, DFID, World Bank, IFC, EC, KfW, GIZ, UNICEF, UNDP, UNOPS, MOPAN, OXFAM, Nutrition International, The Union, Uttarakhand Department of Economics and Statistics, Tamil Nadu Planning Commission, IIPS, The Commonwealth Secretariat.

Bhupendra Singh Negi
State Coordinator
Mr Negi has 15 years of experience in managing large-scale field surveys (quantitative and qualitative), including recruitment of field staff, training,
tool pre-testing, field monitoring and quality control. He has been instrumental in coordinating with the government authorities and stakeholders and in conducting primary and secondary research data.
Conducting household and telephonic surveys and designed sample of HHs selection as well as planned and managed logistics for data collection for various large-scale household survey in health and social sector. He has also conducted various trainings for health workers, including Asha and Anganwadi worker,s focuses on enhancing their skills and knowledge to effectively deliver health and development services at the community level, including reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health, as well as social mobilization and early childhood care and education. Also has experience in conducting training for hospital staff including Medical officers, nurses, para-medical and auxiliary staff.

Dr. Munish Joshi

and worked for more than 10 years in Managerial/Supervisory & Administrative Capacity.
He has been extensively involved in project implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, IEC, training (Capacity Building) , Human Resource Management, Logistics and Supply chain management & counseling for Leprosy, Pulse Polio Projects and Vector Borne Diseases (Malaria, Dengue, Chikungunya, Japanese Encephalitis, Kal Azar & Filaria etc.) having served both in INGOs, WHO and MoHFW GoI at National level.

Holding an MBA in Public Health Informatics, multiple postgraduate diplomas in healthcare and medico-legal systems, and other certifications, he has a strong foundation in healthcare management, quality assurance, and public health systems.

Dr. Ajeet Gairola is a distinguished medical doctor with 45 years of extensive experience in health and hospital management and administration. Throughout his illustrious career, he has served in various senior leadership positions across both public and private healthcare institutions.
Dr. Gairola has excelled as Director of the National Health Mission in Uttarakhand and as Chief Medical Superintendent at the Combined Medical Institute in Dehradun. He also served as Senior Auditor for the Independent Monitoring and Verification Agency for the Pauri Cluster, demonstrating his expertise in healthcare quality assessment.

Rajesh Chandel
